The Private Practice Checklist
This checklist is a quick guide to help you stay organized as you are getting your private practice set up. There are a lot of tasks you will need to get done. None of them are difficult, but it can feel overwhelming. This checklist will help you keep it all under control.
The best way to manage overwhelm is to break things down into small, doable pieces.
As you use this checklist, break down the tasks one at a time. I recommend setting aside time each day to work on something. That way you keep making forward movement, but don’t feel like you must get EVERYTHING done TODAY. There’s nothing that paralyzes us faster than feeling like we need to have it all checked off yesterday. So, pace yourself. If a task feels too big, break it down into even smaller pieces. You will get it all done!
In order to help you stay organized, I’ve divided the list into 2 sections, the Must Do’s and the Desired Do’s. The Must Do’s are just that, these must be done and are not optional. The Desired Do’s are highly recommended, but optional.
For each task, make the list of steps you need to take to get it accomplished, and then check it off when you are done!
I cover exactly what you need to know about each of these tasks and tell you exactly how to do them in My Master Course, Everything You Need To Know About Private Practice But Didn’t Know To Ask. Check it out!
